Fan cooking is the best way to cook food on the electric cooker. It not only cooks the food faster but also helps circulating the heat evenly in the oven. The control switches on the main oven of the electric cooker.

To put on fan cooking, turn the control knob clockwise and choose to cook on any temperature ranging from 100°C to any maximum temperature. The heat for the process of fan cooking in the electric cooker oven comes from an element located at the back of the oven, near the fan. Use fan cooking, especially for large poultry or chunks of meat. This helps in reducing the cooking time and often reduces the requirement of pre-heating the oven.

As the control is turned on the fan will start and the main oven light will at once come on. The role of the thermostat light of the electric cooker shows that the main oven has started heating up. When the light turns off, it indicates the temperature inside the electric cooker’s oven has achieved the setting.

Once the temperature is achieved, the thermostat light will turn on and off automatically. It shows that the oven is keeping the temperature at a stable level. The fan and the light of the oven will be on all through the cooking process.
